An employer is looking for a Back-End JavaScript API Developer to sit remotely. The Full Stack Software Engineer is responsible for the delivery of a business need end-to-end starting from understanding the requirements to deploying the software into production. The two projects this person will be working on is a Contract Modeling Tool that helps create "what if" scenarios for change of contract terms between this insurance provider and hospitals. The tech stack involves React/JavaScript on the front end, Node.js/Typescript backend code, GraphQL, and data from various relational databases such as mongo DB, mySQL, postgreSQL, etc and some AWS.

Specifically you are expected to be a strong back-end developer with experience developing back-end functions using JavaScript, GraphQL, and SQL. You will be responsible for understanding requirements from business analysts and building systems that satisfy users' needs. You will also need to work with front-end developers and business analysts to communicate data requirements
2+ years developing GraphQL queries and mutations in javascript
2+ years of SQL
2+ years working with and/or building custom APIs
Cloud experience in AWS
Pulling data from relational databases like PostreSQL, Mongo DB, mySQL
Agile experience being part of a scrum team
GraphQL or Rest API experience
