Job Description

A large government integrator in the Colorado springs area is looking for a Procurement / Inventory Control Specialist to join their team. They will be responsible for monitoring, purchasing, and recording all inventory related needs for the program. They should be familiar with the procedures and regulations associated with proper inventory control. They ideal candidate will be a self starter with strong attention to detail. They will be joining a team of workers to accomplish the mission.

Compensation:
$35/hr to $40hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

High School diploma or equivalent

2+ years of warehouse and inventory experience

Manufacturing and/or GFP (Government Furnished Property) environment

Familiarity with Cycle Counts, parts cleaning Practices, Order Picking, material reconciliation/discrepancy investigation

Understanding of JIT (Just-In-Time methodology)

High attention to detail- tracking thousands of serial number items from point of receipt to multiple different production locations

Basic computer skills (MS Office, Procurement software, email)
