Job Description
The Software Operations Delivery Lead is responsible for driving the successful delivery of software initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment between business priorities, engineering execution, and operational performance. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders to manage delivery commitments, remove roadblocks, oversee cross-functional dependencies, and maintain visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes. The Delivery Lead also owns delivery processes, KPI/SLA reporting, continuous improvement efforts, and the adoption of automation and AI-enabled solutions that improve planning, forecasting, operational excellence, and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience leading complex software delivery programs in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, sprint planning, release management, and software delivery best practices.
Proven experience coordinating multiple workstreams and managing cross-functional dependencies.
Experience establishing and reporting on delivery metrics, KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance measures.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence teams and drive outcomes without direct authority.
Experience monitoring production stability, managing risks/issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience leading delivery transformation and process optimization initiatives.
Background scaling delivery frameworks, operating models, and software organizations in high-growth environments.
Experience implementing automation and AI-enabled solutions for planning, forecasting, reporting, risk management, and operational efficiency.
Strong data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics to improve delivery performance and decision-making.
Demonstrated success driving organizational change and adopting emerging technologies.
Strategic thinker with a strong ownership mentality and ability to balance execution with long-term business objectives.
Experience working in fast-paced technology, telecommunications, or infrastructure-focused organizations.
