Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager for a leading telecommunications client. This individual will join a highly visible WiFi Product organization and lead strategic initiatives that directly impact customer experience and business growth. This group essentially services as the PMO within the Product and Technology organization. The ideal candidate will manage complex cross-functional programs involving Product, Engineering, IT, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Legal teams while driving project delivery from planning through implementation and closeout. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management, project governance, budgeting, risk mitigation, and executive communication skills. Experience in telecommunications, WiFi products, product launches, subscription-based services, or large-scale technical program delivery is a strong preference for this opportunity. This role has a hybrid scheduled requiring 4x a week onsite in the DTC area.
$ 55/hr to $60/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5 to 7 years of telecom Project Management experience managing enterprise wide technical projects from roadmap approval through closeout.
• Experience leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives
• Experience creating and maintaining project plans, RAID logs, governance documentation, and executive level reporting. This includes managing budgets, project planning, dependency management, and risk prevention.
• Ability to articulate project updates, project accomplishments, and present at the executive level with technical and non-technical leadership.
Experience working in Jira

• PMP Certification
• PMO experience and process improvement background
• Telecommunications industry experience
• WiFi domain expertise
• Experience with WiFi routers, extenders, and connected device ecosystems
• Mobile/5G experience
