Job Description

The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) is responsible for leading the organization's cybersecurity, risk management, governance, and compliance programs. This executive role develops and maintains a scalable security framework that protects corporate systems, data, operational environments, and third-party relationships while supporting business growth and regulatory requirements.

The CISO partners with executive leadership, technology, legal, finance, and operations teams to manage security risks, oversee incident response, drive compliance initiatives, and strengthen the organization's overall security posture.

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
-10+ years of information security experience, including 5+ years in senior security leadership.
-Strong expertise in ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, and enterprise security governance.
-Experience leading compliance, risk management, and cybersecurity programs.
-Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft security and compliance technologies.
-Experience with incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning.
-Strong understanding of data privacy, identity and access management, and vendor risk management.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience supporting critical infrastructure, OT, or industrial environments.
-Familiarity with AI governance and emerging cybersecurity technologies.
-Experience with security audits, penetration testing, and vulnerability management.
-Knowledge of cloud security and zero-trust architectures.
-Advanced degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Business.
I-ndustry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC.
-Experience operating in highly regulated or multi-entity organizations.
