Job Description

Our engineering software client is looking for a hands-on Manager of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to execute and scale digital experimentation initiatives across its web properties. This individual will be responsible for building, launching, monitoring, and analyzing A/B tests while partnering closely with UX, engineering, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate combines technical front-end development skills with a strong understanding of user behavior and analytics. This position is highly execution-focused and plays a key role in improving conversion performance throughout the customer journey.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of experience in CRO, web optimization, digital marketing, or e-commerce
Deep hands-on experience with Optimizely Web Experimentation and Optimizely CMS
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
Advanced Google Analytics 4 and behavioral analytics experience
Background supporting B2B websites, lead generation funnels, or e-commerce experiences
Exceptional testing, troubleshooting, and QA capabilities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

UX/UI design experience
Personalization campaign implementation
Heat-mapping and session-recording tools expertise
Familiarity with enterprise marketing technology ecosystems
