Job Description

The Electrical Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that electrical, electronic, and electromechanical products meet established quality, reliability, and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle. This role partners closely with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and operations teams to improve processes, investigate quality issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
3–7+ years of quality engineering experience in electronics, aerospace, semiconductor, medical device, or advanced manufacturing environments.
Experience with PCBAs, electronic assemblies, wire harnesses, electrical testing, and manufacturing processes.
Strong understanding of quality systems and methodologies including CAPA, 8D, FMEA, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis.
Ability to interpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements.
Experience using quality and manufacturing systems (ERP, MES, QMS).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
