Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Digital Site Lead (DSL) / BIM Implementation Specialist to support large-scale design and digital delivery initiatives. This individual will serve as a BIM implementation expert, partnering with design teams and stakeholders to drive adoption of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Revit workflows across multiple projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIM/VDC, digital delivery, and design technology, with the ability to improve workflows, support project teams, and help standardize processes across a growing organization. This role combines technical expertise with collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Serve as a BIM implementation expert supporting design and digital delivery teams
Lead and support Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Revit workflows across multiple projects
Partner with architects, engineers, project teams, and stakeholders to improve project delivery
Conduct BIM kickoffs, training sessions, and project onboarding activities
Troubleshoot BIM and ACC-related challenges while supporting project teams
Drive consistency through BIM standards, governance, and best practices
Support model coordination, quality assurance, and milestone reviews
Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and process optimization
Collaborate on digital transformation, automation, and future technology initiatives
Build strong working relationships across technical and non-technical teams

Required Skills & Experience
6–10 years of experience in BIM, VDC, Digital Delivery, or a related field
Advanced experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
Advanced experience with Autodesk Revit
Experience working for an:
Architecture firm
Engineering firm
Specialty subcontractor
Strong understanding of BIM implementation and digital delivery workflows
Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to facilitate training, onboarding, and stakeholder engagement activities
Experience with model coordination, QA/QC, and BIM standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter who can work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, mission-critical, semiconductor, manufacturing, or data center projects
Experience developing workflow automations or digital tools
Exposure to:
Dynamo
Python
Revit API
Autodesk Platform Services (APS)
Experience with BIM governance, BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), or digital delivery standards
Experience administering ACC environments and project configurations
Experience with Navisworks and clash detection workflows
Familiarity with AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
Experience driving process improvements and workflow standardization across organizations
Leadership experience mentoring BIM/VDC professionals or supporting enterprise BIM programs
