Job Description

We are looking for an experience Technical Program Manager to lead a cross-functional program supporting product security.
-Lead planning, execution, and governance for a large, multi-track product security program spanning multiple functions, product teams, and geographies.
-Translate strategic product security objectives into integrated program plans, milestones, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
-Partner with software engineering teams to align program execution with the software development lifecycle, secure development practices, release processes, and compliance expectations.
-Track and drive delivery to commitments, ensuring owners, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions are clearly documented and actively managed.
-Establish clear operating rhythms, including status reviews, executive updates, risk reviews, decision forums, and escalation paths.
-Identify and remove execution barriers by working across engineering, security, compliance, product, operations, and leadership teams.
-Communicate program status, risks, tradeoffs, and decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization. Maintain visibility into program status, risks and required decisions. Identify issues quickly, track ownership, resolution and effective disposition.
-Balance big-picture program leadership with the ability to dive into technical, operational, or process details when needed to unblock progress.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field
- 5-8 years as a Technical Program Manager managing large, complex IT/technical programs for global and enterprise level companies (large global footprint, 2k+ employees)
- Technical Program Management experience for a security or compliance initiative (i.e. within a CISO organization, or product security, network security, cybersecurity compliance, secure software development, vulnerability management, product assurance etc.)
- Strong understanding of security policy standards - how they're written and enforced
- Strong understanding of the software engineering lifecycle including planning, development, testing, release, deployment, and maintenance processes
- Ability to be flexible with schedule as needed (occasional early morning or evening meeting)
- Strong experience working cross functionally with multiple teams
- Operates with high sense of urgency and ownership

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

+ Technical Program Management experience in high-tech, software, hardware, or high-tech manufacturing environment
