Job Description
We are seeking a Data Analyst with a strong reporting and stakeholder management focus to support enterprise data and analytics initiatives. This individual will work cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights, maintain reporting processes, and ensure data quality across multiple sources. The ideal candidate brings a balanced background in SQL, Tableau, and business-facing communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources including databases, manual files, and external platforms
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, tables, and stored procedures to support reporting needs
- Design, build, and publish dashboards and reports in Tableau and/or similar BI tools
- Generate recurring and ad hoc reports to support business decision-making
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to gather reporting requirements and deliver insights
- Serve as a point of contact for data inquiries, providing timely and actionable responses
- Document reporting processes, data definitions, and requirements to ensure transparency and repeatability
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting outputs
- Support tagging, categorization, and organization of data assets in the short to medium term
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data workflows
This is hybrid onsite in Greenwood Village Colorado offering 40-45/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles
- Strong SQL skills (queries, joins, aggregations, stored procedures)
- Hands-on experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
- Experience working with relational databases and large datasets
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
