Job Description

An oil and gas operator is looking to bring on a Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to co-lead daily operations at their yard alongside an internal counterpart. This role will be responsible for owning the overall organization, accuracy, and functionality of the yard, ensuring materials are properly tracked, stored, and maintained in alignment with company and regulatory standards. This individual will work closely with on-site employees and will act as a key point of accountability for how the yard is run, including inventory visibility, layout, and operational efficiency.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inventory control procedures, performing cycle counts and audits, and maintaining accurate inventory records within company systems. This person will oversee inbound freight and deliveries, ensuring all documentation is complete and properly entered into internal databases, while communicating with stakeholders on receipt and distribution. They will also be responsible for organizing warehouse and yard spaces, including labeling, stocking, and optimizing material placement across shelving and pallet systems to improve accessibility and workflow.
Additionally, this role will support housekeeping and overall yard upkeep, ensuring the space is clean, safe, and operating efficiently. Success in this role will come from someone who can take ownership of the yard—ensuring it is well-organized, fully accounted for, and operating at a high-level day in and day out. This position will work onsite 4-5 days/week in Brighton, CO.

Required Skills & Experience

General Oil and Gas equipment knowledge
Inventory management experience
Self-starting personality, and strong attention to detail
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work in person every day from 7 AM - 4:30

SAP
Professional experience at an oil and gas company
Forklift Certification
