Job Description
A growing organization focused on large-scale infrastructure development is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support projects across the United States. This individual will play a key role in delivering complex civil infrastructure and site development projects.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of post-education experience managing the design, engineering, and construction of large commercial or industrial land development projects.
This role involves leading project planning, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards, and managing all aspects of scope, schedule, and budget through project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
-8+ years managing contractors and vendors on large-scale construction projects
-4+ years leading civil infrastructure projects (site development, grading, utilities)
-Strong understanding of project budgeting and cost management
-Proficiency with key construction tools (Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Autodesk)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience supporting data center or large-scale technical infrastructure projects
-Strong knowledge of major utility infrastructure systems (electrical, water, fiber, etc.)
-Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
-Familiarity with modern construction and engineering best practices
