The company is led by experienced industry professionals and provides integrated design, engineering, and operational capabilities to support large-scale development programs across multiple U.S. locations.
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cost Management Principal to drive program-level cost management across large-scale data center construction programs.
This role focuses on cost planning, cost control, progress tracking, risk mitigation, and costed schedule development.
The position works closely with contracts and procurement teams across RFx processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP), and plays a key role in contract negotiation, commercial strategy, and vendor management.
This is a senior role requiring deep expertise in construction economics, cost control, and commercial negotiations within complex, mission-critical environments.

Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
-5+ years as a subject matter expert in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management
-5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, including work in data center or large-scale infrastructure environments
-3+ years of experience with contract negotiation and commercial agreements
-Experience with: Bid leveling and cost negotiations GMP, Lump Sum, and NTE contract structures, Cost management on large mission-critical construction programs
-Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
-Knowledge of supply chain tools, data analytics, and reporting systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Advanced degree or professional certification in cost management or construction-related field
-Experience with major construction contract models: GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price), Cost Plus, Time & Materials, Design-Build / Design-Build Assist
-Proficiency in cost management platforms and integration with financial systems
-Experience driving process improvements and operational excellence
