Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager to sit onsite 2x per week in Denver, CO supporting high-visibility, software-driven programs within the mobile space for a large telecommunications client. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams including Software Development, Product, UI/UX, QA, Technical Support, and third-party vendors to drive alignment and execution across the SDLC.
Responsibilities include managing program roadmaps, delivering executive-level updates, tracking progress and budgets, and identifying and mitigating risks across both customer-facing initiatives and backend infrastructure programs.
On a day-to-day basis, this role will spend ~65% driving planning, status reporting, and roadmap execution, ~20% engaging with stakeholders and leadership, and ~15% managing risks and continuous improvement. This is a 12-month ongoing contract and pays $57.50-$60/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of Program Management experience, with a strong foundation in managing software development and IT initiatives
• Hands-on experience managing projects across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Proven ability to coordinate and communicate across both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience presenting program updates, risks, and progress to leadership and executive-level audiences (VP visibility)
• Experience managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide programs consisting of multiple concurrent projects
• Strong ownership mentality with the ability to proactively identify issues and escalate when needed
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet and Jira
Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to build relationships across teams
