Job Description
A client in the Aurora, CO area is seeking a Principal Software Engineer in support of a federal contract. Candidates must have an active TSSCI w/CI Poly - must be onsite 5 days, no option for telework. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot system anomalies related to software, system configuration, network interfaces and operating system issues. Additionally - the candidate will coordinate software installs/upgrades with adherence to Configuration Management procedures and policies.

Required Skills & Experience
-DODI 8570 IAT II certification (Security+ )
• Current TS/SCI with CiPoly
• Java experience within a Linux environment, Java Messaging Service (JMS) experience
• Experience with software deployments within Docker containers, experience with Jenkins
• Experience with Netbeans
• Experience with JavaScript
• Ability to perform all aspects of the software development lifecycle to include requirements definition
• Ability to provide a variety of technical solutions for a wide range of difficult problems
-Degree in STEM/Computer Science and 8 years of experience - 16 years in lieu of degree
