Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager to support a fast-paced, cross-functional development team. This individual will act as a key partner to leadership by driving prioritization, managing backlogs, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders and engineering teams.
This role blends traditional program management with agile practices, requiring strong organization, communication, and technical alignment skills. The Program Manager will play a critical role in enabling delivery and reducing operational burden for leadership.

Pay Ranges from $55-65/hr

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in Program Management or Project Management
Experience in digital delivery
Experience managing backlogs, prioritization, and requirements in a development environment
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience working closely with engineering or product teams
Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment
Experience using project management tools (Asana, Jira, or similar)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience supporting software development or technical programs
Prior experience in a hybrid Scrum Master / Program Manager role
Exposure to enterprise environments or financial services
Strong documentation and communication skills
