Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a REMOTE IMO Program Manager lead to assist in the integration of an acquisition done by one of our large telecommunications clients. The IMO Lead is responsible for driving execution of integration activities related to the acquisition of assets and other merger and acquisition initiatives. Serving as the central point of coordination, this role oversees integration workstreams, manages interdependencies, and ensures delivery against Day 1 and post-close objectives. Acting as the Integration Management Office (IMO) lead, the position drives execution discipline through governance, escalation management, and alignment to integration milestones, synergy targets, and operational readiness. The IMO Lead plays a critical role in capturing deal value by overseeing Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs), tracking synergies, and ensuring timely execution across functional teams. This role partners closely with leaders across network, technology, finance, and people functions to ensure seamless integration execution and sustained business performance. This person will need to have strong stakeholder communication skills to help drive this initiative.

This is a 12 month contract with potential extensions looking to pay 70-80/hr while on contract. Benefits and access to a 401k are offered on contract. If interested please apply today!

Required Skills & Experience

10–12+ years of experience in program management, integration management, or transformation execution (experience within telecommunications is highly preferred)
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
Experience working in Transaction Management Office (TMO) or Integration Management Office (IMO)
Experience managing TSA, synergy tracking and deliverables tied to an integration

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Masters degree or higher
