Job Description
A customer is seeking an offshore Frontend Developer to help build and maintain the customer's enterprise self-service portal. The portal is used by their enterprise customers to manage their accounts, services, billing, and support.
- Build and deliver customer-facing features, design system components, and platform improvements.
- Write and maintain GraphQL queries and mutations through the Apollo federation layer
- Write automated tests using Playwright (E2E) and Jest (unit/integration)
- Work with backend engineers to define and consume GraphQL schemas and REST APIs
- Contribute to design system adoption migrating legacy components to Kite/ent-ui-kit equivalents
- You will work on
Homepage Redesign new billing cards, location map, service widgets
Portal Administration (PAM) account association, admin roles, granular access control
Order Status self-service order tracking and appointment management
In-Portal Alerts outage notifications and payment failure alerts
-Can pay $10-12/h USD

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of professional experience building production React applications
-Strong TypeScript proficiency
- Experience with component-based design systems
- Familiarity with Git workflows
- Ability to read and debug backend code (Node.js or Java) to trace data flow issues end-to-end
- Agile
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with GraphQL federation (Apollo Federation or DGS)
