Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer / Content Developer to join our AI SDLC Transformation Program, a major enterprise initiative enabling approximately 8,500 developers to adopt AI‑assisted development workflows at scale.
This role owns the documentation, training curricula, prompt libraries, and developer knowledge assets that power AI‑enabled software development across the organization. You will act as the architect of our AI learning ecosystem—creating workflow playbooks, just‑in‑time resources, and enablement content that accelerates adoption, improves developer productivity, and reduces support burden.
This is not a traditional API documentation role. You will shape how developers learn, adopt, and trust AI‑assisted tooling across the full software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Training Curriculum Development (Primary Focus)
Design and deliver comprehensive AI‑enabled SDLC training curricula (foundational through advanced)
Create instructional content, labs, and assessment materials
Build just‑in‑time learning resources and quick‑reference guides
Partner closely with the Developer Advocate to support training delivery and incorporate feedback
SDLC Workflow Documentation
Author and maintain playbooks covering AI‑assisted coding, testing, debugging, documentation, code review, and security reviews
Document workflows, edge cases, decision points, and best practices
Develop FAQs and troubleshooting guides based on real‑world developer issues
Own documentation version control, reviews, and lifecycle management
Prompt Library & Knowledge Management
Curate and maintain an enterprise prompt library
Document prompt engineering best practices and patterns
Create reusable prompt templates for common development scenarios
Establish prompt governance, standards, and quality guidelines
Developer Portal & Self‑Service Content
Own overall developer knowledge portal content strategy and execution
Build searchable self‑service knowledge that reduces support dependency
Produce or coordinate short video tutorials and recordings
Ensure content freshness, usability, and accuracy across all channels

4 days/week onsite in Greenwood Village, CO 80111
$35-$40/hour
6 month contract with extensions likely and FTE conversion possible
