Job Description

Insight Global is partnering with a large, enterprise technology client to support high‑priority data center and infrastructure delivery programs. We’re seeking a Contract Specialist to support contract administration, workflow execution, and process coordination across complex, fast‑moving projects.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in highly regulated environments, enjoys owning workflows end‑to‑end, and is motivated by helping teams move faster through clear, proactive execution.
This is not a passive contracts role — we are looking for individuals who take ownership, anticipate risks, and drive work forward.
Pay range depends on YOE

Required Skills & Experience

Contract Lifecycle & Workflow Ownership--
Support end‑to‑end contract workflows, including SOWs, task orders, amendments, and change orders
Perform QA/QC reviews to ensure scope, language, funding, and approval readiness
Partner closely with legal, engineering, finance, and program teams to drive execution

Enterprise Process Execution--
Manage contract workflows from intake through execution and PO issuance
Track approvals, follow up proactively, and prevent delays or rework
Support multiple projects simultaneously in a high‑volume environment

Risk Mitigation & Governance--
Flag risks related to:
Scope misalignment
Missing contract language
Funding or procurement readiness
Monitor contract milestones, expirations, and upcoming amendments

Tools & Systems You’ll Work With
(Experience with one or more is strongly preferred)
Project & Contract Workflow Systems
eBuilder (or similar enterprise project controls platform)
Contract intake and approval tools

Procurement & Financial Systems
Enterprise Buying / Procurement Hubs
PR / PO workflow tools

Tracking & Reporting
Workflow trackers and dashboards
Smartsheet, Sheets, or similar tools

Enterprise Collaboration
Document management and e‑signature tools
Internal ticketing or issue‑tracking platforms

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting contracts or commercial operations within large enterprise, infrastructure, or technology programs
• Strong familiarity with contract workflows, SOWs, and approval processes
• Comfort working across multiple systems and stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and responsive
