Job Description

A customer is seeking an onsite Delivery Lead.

- Responsible for managing offshore delivery for highly complex, enterprise-wide IT programs consisting of multiple projects. - This role ensures alignment between program execution and broader strategic initiatives while driving successful delivery through strong governance, planning, and stakeholder engagement.

- Lead and manage multiple, highly complex IT programs and projects, ensuring successful delivery against strategic objectives
- Orchestrate cross-project efforts to achieve overall program goals, maintaining governance controls and delivery standards
Plan, implement, and monitor program schedules from inception through delivery
Define, maintain, and report on program roadmaps, status, risks, issues, dependencies, and success metrics
Identify, assess, and actively manage program-level risks and mitigation strategies
- Coordinate projects and manage interdependencies across workstreams
Manage and allocate resources effectively across multiple projects and offshore teams
- Build and manage program budgets; continuously seek opportunities to improve cost, performance, and delivery timelines
Facilitate communication and coordination across project teams, leadership, and key stakeholders
- Drive stakeholder engagement, alignment, and satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, business conditions, and internal processes that may impact project or program success
- Can pay $50-55/H

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience managing large-scale, enterprise IT programs
- Strong experience leading offshore delivery teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Working hours 8-4 MST

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Scrum certification
- Release Train Engineer (RTE) experience
