Job Description
Our telecom client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a small, high‑impact internal tools team. This role involves a roughly equal split between front‑end and back‑end development.
The team builds and maintains internal websites, applications, and tooling that provide insight into over 1B+ analytics events captured daily, enabling teams across the organization to better support customer‑facing platforms. While the tools are not customer‑facing, they play a critical role in the success of products used at scale.
This position offers strong ownership over application design and user experience while operating within corporate development processes.
Tech Stack & Environment:
Primary Stack: MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
Languages: TypeScript (required), JavaScript
AI Tooling: Regular use of AI tools in the development workflow (e.g., Kiro or similar)
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using the MERN stack
Contribute equally to front‑end and back‑end development efforts
Build and support internal tools and platforms such as analytics dashboards, feedback systems, and reporting tools
Leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency and solution quality
Collaborate closely within a small team and actively participate in technical discussions
Follow established corporate processes while maintaining high engineering standards
This role is local to Denver,, CO and candidate must sit local to Colorado. However, they have flexibility to work remotely. This role is offering 60-65/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js
Hands‑on experience with the MERN stack (Mongo, Express, React, Node)
Senior‑level full stack development experience
Comfortable using and adopting AI tools as part of daily development
Confident in technical abilities with a demonstrated growth mindset
Strong communication and collaboration skills
