Insight Global is looking to add 2 Storage Administrators to their telecommunications Client in either Denver, Saint Louis, or Charlotte. The role is responsible for responding to storage monitoring alerts through Zabbix, managing and executing incidents and change tickets in Cherwell, and handling new storage requests as they arise. This position also supports hardware decommissioning at end of life, coordinating with appropriate teams to safely remove unsupported systems. The role works primarily within Pure Storage (Everpure) environments and supports Dell storage platforms including PowerStore, PowerMax, and PowerScale, along with Brocade and Cisco technologies. This role collaborates closely with data protection teams, offshore resources, and senior engineers within a broader infrastructure organization.

Required Skills & Experience
2-5 years of experience in a storage monitoring support role and Infrastructure
Associate's degree in computer science
Experience with Dell PowerMax, PowerStore, PowerScale, Brocase Cisco Storage, or Purestorage (need experience with at least one of these)
Strong communication and attention to detail
Some experience using Vmware
Comfortable with a rotational on-call shift in the evening every 6 weeks
