Job Description
A customer is seeking a remote Program Delivery Manager to support Design Studio and Organizational Reporting projects.
- This role will be split 50/50 between reporting and delivery
projects for the XDS team and leading organizational transformation projects across the Experience Design
organization.
- Support reporting and delivery projects for the Experience Design Studio (XDS) at 50% capacity, ensuring
efficient project execution and alignment with organizational goals
- Standardize Jira reporting processes and templates, ensuring consistency and reliability across all design and delivery projects
- Lead executive storytelling initiatives by preparing and delivering impactful, data-driven presentations
and reports to leadership and stakeholders
- Assemble project plans and assignments, direct and monitor work efforts, identify resource needs, conduct quality reviews, and manage issues as needed.
- Lead cross-team communication strategies to ensure alignment between technology partners, designers,
and stakeholders throughout project phases
- Can pay $55-60/h

Required Skills & Experience
- Passionate about optimizing processes, establishing robust reporting
frameworks, and driving innovation in design operations
- Comfortable acting as a leader across peers and other groups, managing up, across, and below
- 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience
- In-depth understanding of design, research, and roles within the product design lifecycle.
- Experience working with UX research, accessibility requirements, and development teams
