Job Description
A customer is seeking a fully remote UX Designer.
- Design and prototype user flows, wireframes, and interfaces across web, mobile, and digital platforms.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of Prologis’ global design system,
ensuring consistency and scalability across all experiences.
- Conduct and apply user research, testing, and analytics to inform design decisions
and improve usability.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to translate business
needs into user-focused solutions.
- Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and design best practices across all projects.
- Own project execution from discovery to delivery, applying care and craft
throughout. craft intuitive, user-centered
digital experiences that elevate how the customer shows up across web, mobile, and interactive platforms.
Can pay $50-55/h
- From designing customer journeys to prototyping new digital features, you’ll
collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to create solutions

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–7+ years of experience in UX design, ideally with both agency and in-house
experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered digital design, prototypes, and
problem-solving.
- Proficiency in UX digital design software and tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch,
InVision)
- Solid understanding of user research methods, usability testing, and analytics.
- Deep knowledge of interaction design principles: layout, hierarchy, navigation,
accessibility, and responsive design
