Job Description
A client of Insight Global's in the downtown Denver area is looking to hire a Go to Market Technical Program Manager to assist in the launch of their AI Product. This AI tool services internal and external purposes. In this role you'll lead end‑to‑end go‑to‑market execution for Generative AI agent launches by driving change management, launch readiness, and cross‑functional coordination. You'll establish and manage launch frameworks, SLAs, rollback and deprecation plans to ensure operational stability. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps, QA, and Marketing to coordinate releases, manage risk, and ensure clear ownership and escalation during launches. You'll also be responsible for track and reporting GTM success metrics including adoption, customer impact, and revenue performance.
This position is onsite 4x a week in downtown Denver
Annual Salary for this role: $155K to $194K

Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience in technical program or product management supporting AI product launches.
- Ability to drive change management, user adoption, and operational readiness.
- Experience gathering feedback from end users, partnering with DevOps, QA, and Engineering to solve issues or improve the product, and present those changes to stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in release management, incident response, and rollback strategy.
