Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Junior Proposal Manager to join one of their federal contracting clients. The Junior Proposal Manager can sit out of the organization’s Colorado Springs office or may sit fully remote. The Junior Prospoal Manager will support the proposal team with writing, editing, and organizing federal proposals while learning the full proposal lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into a senior proposal role.
Responsibilities
•Support federal proposal development activities and deadlines
•Write and edit proposal sections based on outlines and guidance
•Format, organize, and update proposal documents in Microsoft Word
•Track inputs, versions, and action items
•Assist with compliance checks and proposal reviews
•Support senior proposal managers during peak bid periods
•Adapt to changing workloads and extended hours during busy seasons

Required Skills & Experience
•1-3 years' experience in construction proposal management
•Advanced in MS Office
•Ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure
•Comfortable with fluctuating schedules during bid season
•Energetic, proactive personality with strong communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
•Exposure to federal or government contracting
