Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Systems Administrator to support, maintain, and troubleshoot licensed third‑party enterprise applications. This role focuses on application and server‑level administration, vendor coordination, and production support for non‑internally developed platforms. The candidate will need a strong background in application testing, infrastructure validation, and enterprise monitoring. This contract role supports mission-critical systems and requires deep technical expertise across network services, monitoring platforms, and systems engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide systems administration support for enterprise applications
Support and maintain the following applications:
- Zabbix
- Infoblox
- Cisco IFC
- Perform ongoing application maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle management
- Primary focus on Infoblox
- Troubleshoot enterprise application issues where applications do not integrate or function as expected
- Support applications at both the server level and application level, including:
- Logging into servers
- Reviewing logs
- Identifying and resolving performance or functionality issues
- Onboard applications into the lab environment, maintain lab configurations, and support upgrades
- Coordinate with external vendors for licensed enterprise applications (all applications are third‑party, not internally developed)
- Work closely with production teams and vendors to resolve incidents and support ongoing operations
This is offering an hourly rate of 40-46/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of application troubleshooting experience
Server‑level and application‑level troubleshooting
Strong Systems Administration background
Zabbix monitoring configuration, tuning, and alert optimization
• Cisco infrastructure platforms including Cisco IFC
• Infoblox DNS/DHCP/IPAM administration and troubleshooting
Hands‑on experience supporting enterprise, vendor‑licensed applications
