Job Description

Our Home Health client is seeking a compassionate and detail‑oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high‑quality in‑home care to a geriatric patient population. This role focuses on thorough assessments, medication management, wound care, and supporting patients with memory care needs.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
• Conduct in‑home nursing visits (up to 60 minutes per visit)
• Complete 4–5 patient visits per day
• Perform head‑to‑toe assessments
• Administer medications, including insulin
• Fill and manage medication boxes
• Provide wound care and dressing changes
• Deliver meticulous, patient‑centered care
• Work closely with geriatric and memory‑care patients

Required Skills & Experience

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado, in good standing
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to drive a company vehicle
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality care
• Comfort working with a geriatric patient population
• Experience with:
○ Medication administration (including insulin)
○ Wound care and dressing changes
○ Head‑to‑toe assessments
○ Memory care patients

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Background in:
○ Skilled nursing facilities
○ Rehabilitation centers
○ Assisted living environments
○ Geriatric care
• Prior memory care experience
