Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Data Science individual to support a large global technology company with current initiatives. You will help lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable models that power business decisions. This person should have strong experience working with Attrition Models in production such as Survival Analysis techniques (Kaplan Meier, Cox PH, etc. models) and/or Causal Inference techniques (Propensity Score Matching, Regression Discontinuity Design, etc.). You will be helping with initiatives in the HR space, so any experience there is an add on bonus. This will be a remote position working closely with Data Engineers, ML Engineers, and business partners to build production-ready solutions that drive measurable impact.

Required Skills & Experience
-7+ years of Data Science experience
-Strong experience with Attrition modeling/building attrition models
-Strong experience with Survival Analysis Models (Time-To-Attrition Models) such as Kaplan-Meier estimator and/or Cox Proportional Hazards/Cox PH
-Strong in Python and R and ability to build models from scratch/end to end
-Experience building ML/forecasting models
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
+Experience with Causal Inference techniques (Propensity Score Matching, Regression Discontinuity Design, etc.)
+Experience working with and supporting HR
