Insight Global is seeking a Specialized Product Manager III to join our largest telecom client's Managed Services organization, supporting the development, evolution, and lifecycle management of Cisco-based networking products. This role will focus on data and networking solutions that deliver exceptional end-user experiences across enterprise customer environments. The ideal candidate brings a service-provider mindset, strong business acumen, and hands-on understanding of enterprise networking from the customer premise (CPE) perspective. This role is highly cross-functional and requires someone who can own products end to end — from definition through launch, enhancement, and sunset.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5 -7years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, or a closely related role with specialized technical skills
• Strong background in data networking (not voice)
• Deep understanding of enterprise networking from an end-user and CPE perspective
• Experience working in or with a service provider / managed services environment
• Solid business acumen with the ability to balance technical decisions with commercial impact
• Comfort working with Cisco networking portfolios (including Meraki)
• Strong understanding of security considerations in managed network services
• Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and Word
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Background as a Sales Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role (product knowledge can be taught)
• Familiarity with one or more of the following solution areas:
o Enterprise camera solutions
o IoT sensors and IoT management platforms
o Asset tracking and location services
o Indoor navigation and AI-driven mapping
o Occupancy analytics and environmental monitoring
o Smart buildings, sustainable meeting rooms, and building-management systems
o Smart logistics and AI-powered insights
o Behavioral metrics and personalized user experiences
