Job Description

A non profit organization in Colorado is looking for a Service Delivery Manager. The person should be highly organized, personable, and solutions oriented. They will work hand in hand with the strategic partnerships team. They will oversee the sales/partnership of new customers. They will build the onboarding plan, travel on site for set up, train staff, ensure smooth go-live, and check in to keep it running smoothly. They need to be comfortable working in Denver and traveling 25-50% of the time.

Compensation:
$65,000/yr to $85,000/yr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of project management experience

Experience with customer success and account management

Familiarity with tools such as MS office Suite, MS Project, workflow/automation tools.

Comfortable with travel 25-50% of the time

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Non profit or mission oriented experience
