A client of Insight Global is seeking a Pendo Implementation Program Manager to sit hybrid in Greenwood Village. This role will lead a multi‑workstream rollout of Pendo across several enterprise platforms. This role will drive end‑to‑end setup of in‑app guides, tagging frameworks, analytics dashboards, automations, persona mapping, and knowledge‑center content.
You will partner closely with product, technology, and business teams to improve digital adoption, streamline workflows, and enhance user experiences for internal employees, partners, and external customers. This is a high‑impact consulting role with ownership across strategy, execution, governance, and enablement.
Pay range goes from $65-80/hr

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience implementing Pendo at scale (guides, tagging, analytics, workflows, Orchestrate)
• Experience building in‑app guides, onboarding flows, or digital adoption assets
• Strong experience building decks and presenting to internal stakeholders
• Strong background in analytics tagging, dashboard creation, and reporting
• Experience developing user personas, JTBD frameworks, or capability matrices
• Strong Confluence skills (page/space structure, templates, organized content)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Pendo Orchestrate (email, Teams, in‑app messaging)
• Background supporting financial services or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with customer portals, partner portals, or associate‑experience platforms
• Experience delivering work in SOW‑based or transformation‑focused consulting engagements
• UX‑driven mindset for documentation, knowledge‑center content, and digital guidance
