Job Description
A client headquartered in Colorado Springs, CO is looking for a Full Stack Web Developer with multiple years of professional experience developing web APIs and front ends (UI) in a DevOps environment. This candidate will contribute to advancing groundbreaking new cybersecurity automation tools, design/develop/demonstrate web-based, AI/ML-driven automation solutions on an agile scrum software development team. You will collaborate with stakeholders, influence architectural decision, and actively participate in technical discussions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a full stack web developer – having made significant contributions to a published JavaScript and/or APR.NET web capability. Additionally, they will have at least 3 years of recent experience working in a DevOps environment, especially involving maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines (YAML), building and testing Docker containerized apps/APIs, and troubleshooting pipeline/deployment issues. 3 years of recent experience developing React web frontends with ASP.NET (Web API 2 / REST) and MongoDB backend. Proficiency in Ubuntu Linux Bash shell to navigate and troubleshoot container issues.
Pay Rate: $55.28/hr – $64.90/hr

Required Skills & Experience
Ability to obtain a secret clearance
5+ years of experience as a full stack web developer – having made significant contributions to a published JavaScript and/or APR.NET web capabilities
3+ years of recent experience working in a DevOps environment, especially involving maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines (YAML), building and testing Docker containerized apps/APIs, and troubleshooting pipeline/deployment issues
3+ years of recent experience developing React web frontends with ASP.NET (Web API 2 / REST) and MongoDB backend
Proficiency in Ubuntu Linux Bash shell to navigate and troubleshoot container issues.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices – especially those involving web and DevOps
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Masters degree in a relevant field
Experience using Cypress to develop UI component and end-to-end integration (API) tests
Experience integrating AI/ML-based solutions into a web-based platform
Experience w/ AWS to manage web servers and routing
