Job Description
An aerospace company is looking for a Senior DevSecOps Software Engineer to join their team. This team is focused on creating custom software for embedded applications around flight and ground software. Currently, they are working to set up an air-gapped environment, migrate from the cloud, and maintain the stability of their on-prem environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for working on GitHub pipelines and configuration of on-prem deployment. You will support infrastrcuture as code using Terraform and Ansible, as well as tweak some deployment code. You will support the build of CI/CD pipelines, support CLI based Kubernettes deployment, and help with some Linux Administration. Primarily, you will do Bash scripting but having Python experience would be a value add.
This position is a 6-month contract, onsite in Louisville, CO. There is opportunity to extend beyond 6 months. Insurance benefits and a 401K are offered during the contract period. The hourly rate for the position is $63-121/hr, based on years of experience and education.

5+ years of related experience (DevOps, DevSecOps, Software Engineering)
4+ years of experience with Bash scripting
Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform/Ansible)
Containerization Experience - Docker and Kubernettes (CLI Based)
Linux Administration
On-Prem and Cloud Experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Air-Gapped Networks
Python Scripting
