Job Description
A client of Insight Global's is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – DevSecOps to strengthen our cloud and security engineering capabilities. This role will focus on enabling and securing AWS‑based infrastructure while supporting DevOps practices across enterprise‑scale systems. As a senior engineer, you will lead DevSecOps initiatives with guidance from leadership, contribute hands‑on to infrastructure and automation efforts, and apply your development background to build secure, scalable platforms. This is an opportunity to have strong technical ownership while operating in a collaborative environment that balances autonomy with strategic direction.
This is onsite 4x a week in Denver
Pay for this position is $135,000 to $162,000

Required Skills & Experience
Strong AWS expertise with hands‑on experience across cloud infrastructure and security services.
Proven DevSecOps generalist experience, covering infrastructure, security, automation, and operational best practices.
Experience leading technical projects with leadership guidance and collaborating across engineering teams.
Background in DevOps within an enterprise environment, supporting large‑scale and highly available systems.
Software development experience, enabling effective collaboration with application engineering teams.
Hands‑on experience with infrastructure as code, specifically Terraform.
