Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a clearable Network Technician to join their team in Denver, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the organization’s network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the OSI model and possess the ability to provide hands-on support for end users, including assistance with desktops and cabling. Additionally, this individual will serve as a key point of communication, clearly articulating progress and technical updates to the end customer in a professional and concise manner.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10+ years of experience in IT (can substitute yoe with degree/certs)
• Knowledge of basic desktop equipment
• Familiarity with structured cabling for user endpoints (patching, VoIP, printers, etc.)
• Configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network infrastructure (switches, routers, etc.)
• Understanding of the OSI model for basic troubleshooting
Familiarity working in a data center

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- CCNA
- Sec+
- TS clearance
- Strong communication skills for end customer
