Job Description

A growing technology organization is seeking an Electrical Hardware Engineer I / II to support the design, development, and testing of advanced radar, antenna, and embedded electronic systems. This role is highly hands‑on and ideal for an engineer who enjoys working across mixed‑signal electronics, embedded control, and hardware prototyping within a fast‑paced R&D environment.

Responsibilities Include:
• Design and develop mixed-signal and power/control circuits for radar and communication systems.
• Create schematic designs and perform PCB layout and verification using Altium Designer.
• Prototype, test, and debug circuit boards using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
• Program microcontrollers to control RF components and built-in test functions.
• Collaborate with RF, mechanical, and software engineers on system integration and performance validation.
• Document designs, test results, and support transition to manufacturing.

Pay Range: $80K–$150K based on candidate years of experience and qualifications
Compensation includes PTO, medical, 401(k)

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (related engineering disciplines may apply)
• 5+ years of experience in circuit design, PCB layout, and/or electronics testing
• Understanding of analog and digital design fundamentals, including op-amps, ADCs/DACs, filters, and transistors.
• Experience in power electronics, mixed-signal design, and/or embedded control.
• Experience with relevant CAD tools (Altium Designer preferred, or equivalent software)
• Strong analytical skills and eagerness to work in a hands-on R&D environment.
