Functional Performance Physical Therapy Center is seeking an experienced and passionate Geriatric Physical Therapist to join our Littleton team in a clinical leadership role. This position offers the opportunity to provide patient-focused care while helping grow our geriatric specialty program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, leadership ability, and a commitment to improving health outcomes for older adults.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy care (~12 patients per 8-hour day)
• Conduct hour-long evaluations and 30-minute treatments
• Support and mentor junior clinicians and PT students
• Collaborate with the clinic director and COO for program development
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventative strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
Contribute to team goals and uphold patient care as the primary responsibility

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Qualifications
• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in outpatient geriatrics
• GCS Certification required
• Strong clinical expertise in managing complex patients with comorbidities and cognitive issues
• Ability to mentor junior clinicians and visiting PT students
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
Passion for working with older adults

Preferred Experience
• Leadership experience in outpatient settings
• Familiarity with program development and team collaboration
Interest in advancing geriatric specialty programs
