Job Description

- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Development Leader to anchor our offshore development team.
- This dual-role position requires a deep technical expert who will provide hands-on architectural guidance, ensure adherence to coding standards, and serve as the primary communication bridge between the offshore team and onshore stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate will balance tactical coding responsibilities with strategic leadership to drive the delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Key Responsibilities
• Technical Leadership & Architecture:
Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of complex software solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Team Management & Mentorship:
Guide and mentor a team of developers, fostering technical growth, collaboration, and ensuring the team understands the product roadmap and business context.
• Quality Assurance & Standards:
Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct thorough code reviews, and implement best practices (e.g., automated testing, CI/CD pipelines) to maintain high code quality and prevent technical debt.
• Project Execution & Delivery:
Oversee the full software development lifecycle, manage project timelines, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions within established budgets and deadlines.
• Communication & Collaboration:
Act as the main point of contact between onshore management/product owners and the offshore team, translating complex technical ideas for non-technical stakeholders and clarifying requirements.
• Problem Solving & Innovation:
Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues, identify areas for improvement in the software development lifecycle, and advocate for the adoption of beneficial emerging technologies.
