Job Description
A client of Insight Global's is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support 5 different VPs. This person will have a wide range of executive assistant responsibilities, which range from heavy calendar management, travel (including international travel), expense reports, and assistance with presentations. You will collaborate with other executive assistants to coordinate meetings and deliverables for senior executive leaders.
$18/hr to $21/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or specialized certification preferred; 5–10 years supporting senior executives as an Executive Assistant.
- Highly dependable, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Forward-thinking, anticipates needs, excels in prioritization, planning, and time management.
- Strong communication and IT literacy; proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Concur, and Zoom.
- Builds effective relationships, acts as a true business partner, and works in-office as required by executives.
