Job Description
Must Haves:
- Lead end-to-end migration from Fileshares to OneDrive and SharePoint
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Oversee the rebuild of select fileshares and ensure seamless integration
- Develop and maintain project documentation and stakeholder communications
- Oversee a team of 5+ Business Analysts hired to complete this project on time and in budget
- Ability to work in an office environment 2+ days per week

Required Skills & Experience
This agriculture technology companymis undertaking a major initiative to migrate legacy Fileshares into modern file storage solutions—primarily OneDrive and SharePoint. This includes rebuilding select Fileshares, streamlining data, and ensuring optimal productivity through SharePoint. Require skillsets are as follows:
- Proven experience with SharePoint migrations (OneDrive experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of information architecture, file governance, and data lifecycle
- Experience in project delivery, especially in IT infrastructure or digital transformation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
