DFT IC Design Engineer

Insight Global is looking for two DFT IC Design Engineers to join a leading semiconductor company at their site in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This position involves working with the latest technology to continue driving next generation Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning ecosystems through our PCIe Switch Products – and managing mega datacenters, while leading world class performance, through our Enterprise Storage Products. More specifically, this position will require in-depth knowledge and expertise towards DFT related aspects of silicon.
Responsibilities include:
-Execution of DFT implementation, verification, and debug
-Working with BISR, BIST, MBIST, SCAN, ATE, ATPG
-Hierarchical DFT Flow and Methodology Development
-Collaborating with IC Design RTL Engineers and Physical Design Engineers

- 8-15 years of experience with DFT implementation, verification, and debug
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering but can be flexible with right work experience)
- Experience working with BISR, BIST, MBIST, SCAN, ATE, ATPG
- Experience with Hierarchical DFT Flow and Methodology Development
- Proficiency in Siemens Tessent Tool
- Full DFT design cycle experience in RTL/Netlist
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
