Job Description

A growing travel company in Boulder, Colorado is looking to add an Associate Travel Sales Specialist to their team! This person will engage with travelers via our client's internal chat platform and phone calls, providing destination insights, travel tips, and guidance on accommodations and activities. You’ll craft personalized trip plans based on traveler preferences, manage incoming inquiries and planning chats, and ensure itineraries are accurate and up to date with the help of our clients internal AI tools. This role also involves supporting travelers as they prepare for departure and working closely with senior team members to maximize conversion and sales volume. Required Skills & Experience

1+ years of experience in Customer Service, Retail, Hospitality, or a related field
Experience traveling to multiple locations in Greece, Costa Rica, France and/or Australia for at least 2 weeks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships with a service-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Genuine passion for travel and cultural exploration.
