A large financial services company is looking to bring on an Application Support Engineer to work with their international Digital Banking product. This individual will work with a team of 5 engineers to support the overall digital banking application. Their day to day will consist of working with the integration layer with API and Middleware. This individual will support the application maintenance by collaborating with internal teams and vendors on incidents, root cause analysis, operational triage, and solutions. They are looking for an individual who is eager to grow and develop as the product does. This position is a hybrid model where they will be required 3 days a week on-site in Austin, Texas or Denver, CO.
