Job Description

A company based in Boulder, Colorado is seeking to add a System Support Engineer, Workday professional to their team. This person will be responsible for providing Tier II support for Workday HCM and Financials across multiple nonprofit clients. You’ll troubleshoot moderately complex issues, handle escalations, and perform data corrections, while also supporting proactive monitoring and basic configuration updates. In this multi-tenant MSP environment, your work will directly improve system stability and efficiency. This position can be based in either Orlando, FL or Boulder, CO, with a hybrid work schedule requiring a minimum of 3 days onsite per week for team collaboration. Required Skills & Experience

1–3 years of Workday support experience in HCM and/or Financials, including Tier II troubleshooting
Proficient in Workday configuration, reporting, issue resolution, and integration monitoring
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
Skilled at managing multiple clients, tenants, and support tickets simultaneously
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Systems, or equivalent experience
Familiarity with Workday integrations, including data flows with external financial or donor systems; able to assist in troubleshooting
Experience with Workday Studio, Workday Extend, or middleware platforms
Background supporting nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
Workday certifications or completion of Workday Pro courses
Prior experience supporting multiple clients in an MSP or SaaS environment
