As a Technical Writer III at Charter Communications, you will lead documentation initiatives in support of an internal Lab Operations Support team, focusing on complex IT and cable systems. You will be responsible for producing and managing high-quality technical content related to system engineering, environment maintenance, monitoring, and infrastructure operations. Working both independently and collaboratively, you will create detailed system architecture guides, troubleshooting manuals, and compliance documentation. You will manage documentation projects using tools such as Jira, CHALK, Atlassian Confluence, and SharePoint, while also developing dashboards to monitor documentation KPIs and operational metrics. In addition to driving documentation strategy and process improvements, you will mentor junior writers and ensure all content aligns with organizational standards and technical accuracy.
Pay Range: $40-45 / hr
