The team is highly collaborative, driven by the company's mission, and provides opportunities for individuals to step up and take on significant responsibilities.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who considers themselves a "PHP Expert" and has a passion for pure PHP. They should be eager to learn and ready to step up within the current company landscape to contribute to the larger mission at hand.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features.
Optimize and scale applications to handle high load and spikey traffic.
Ensure code quality through rigorous testing and code reviews.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

Pay Range: $55-$70/HR Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
