Machine Operator - Colorado Springs, CO
A large Semiconductor service provider is looking for multiple Machine Operators to join their team immediately for a short-term contract with the ultimate goal of leading to a full-time position with the company. There are openings for both the night shift and day shift at this facility. This role is fully on site in a clean room environment and the shifts are 7:00 - 7:00. Night shift employees receive a 15% increase in pay. This is 3 days on one week and then 4 days on the next week on a continuous schedule. The full time role is a Machine Operator 1 and with performance and promotions available can lead all the way to a level IV with higher compensation. In this position you will help set up, operate and troubleshoot machines and production equipment used to create company products. This equipment all revolves around traditional fab equipment and tools that are needed in order throughout the wafer process. There is an extensive training process for everyone that gets brought onto the team to help each operator get up and running quickly. This roles starts at $19/hr with eligibility for a pay increase based on experience as well as being presented a full time offer.

Minimum of 6+ months of machine operating experience or equivalent
HS Diploma or GED.
Must be able to work compressed work shifts
Standing for 12hour shift
Lift up to 50lbs
Previous experience in manufacturing/cleanroom setting a plus
