This role involves analyzing, documenting, and improving IT systems and business processes. The BA3 will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and propose effective solutions. The requirements and processes will surround data center and infrastructure processes, applications and solutions. This is onsite 4 days per week and WFH 1 day.

- 5+ years as a BA, gathering, validating and refining business requirements
- Experience as a BA/PM in a Data Center or heavy infrastructure background
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Jira
- Able to work onsite 4 days/week
